	Functional and expression correlates of a single microRNA can be assessed using microRNA search module to enable quick searches involving multiple modules of mESAdb. Terms from GO, HUGE, KEGG and target genes associated with the given microRNA can be extracted; and the p-values for the hypergeometric test can be downloaded. Expression profile of the selected microRNA also can be visualized using the aforementioned bar plots and downloaded as .txt files. For analysis in the microRNA search module, you must enter a single microRNA name into the text field. Then, you can click "GO terms", "KEGG pathways", "HUGE terms" and "Targets" buttons to retrieve functional information regarding the targets of the microRNA in question. Additionally, you can view expression pattern of a miRNA as bar graph in different tissues by selecting an expression dataset from the pull down menu.
