	mESAdb consist of 4 major analysis modules 1) motif & expression 2) expression & expression 3) motif & function and 4) microRNA search. In order to use any of these modules, you only need to select an analysis module from the pull down menu, then enter required parameters into the form fields for different analysis types such as expression or correspondence analysis.
